    In the interest of expediency, please submit your Order at the earliest possible date. We can begin the research process without a Survey in most cases, but will need your Survey in order to complete the Report. Please let us know if a Survey will not be available, and we can discuss further options. We will also need your rent roll/tenant list/unit mix, as the case may be, as soon as available as well.
